Video

• Table and chairs set up in the college car park
• Distant shot of me and another person sat at a table in the college car park
• The camera angle mid shot of me from the table height followed by mid shot of person sat opposite at same angle
• Shot of guitarist/singers mouth singing the words in sync with the song to be played over the top followed by shot of him strumming the guitar also in sync
• Switches back to shot of the people at the table Distant shot
• I flip the table and we pull out guns aimed at each other and begin speaking, with shot reverse shot. Random and irrelevant subtitling will be included in all the scenes involving speech
• Characters then suddenly move into different areas shooting at each other or having an “argument”
• Then the camera will be slowly turned upside down giving the idea that the world is upside down, close ups of the characters in cover may be used or just several long shots and double mid shots, characters then whilst fighting begin to lose balance ect until finally falling backwards or they’ve shot each other, scene will constantly change from band who are also upside down during this scene
• Shot then focuses on bassist and guitarist as they are in the next scene
• The next two characters in a double shot sat at a table on a train playing cards
• Camera zooms out with song whilst focused on the two playing cards, then other two characters fall into screen and then sit down and begin playing cards as well. Random subtitles used through out or one character falls in front of doors and gets up then walks over to the other two characters all mid shot, asks for a news paper, one of the characters rudely allows him to have the paper (shot reverse shot) so he sits down whilst they play cards, other character then stumbles out of the toilet and walks over leaning on the chairs (upward angle mid shot), his enemy sees him and pulls out a gun again and in return the character stood up pulls out a gun (shot reverse shot), the two characters playing cards casually watch until the other one realizes his opponent was cheating (double mid shot) they both pulls guns on each other too, then as the chorus of the song begins the camera again starts to turn upside down (long shot) the characters all begin shooting at each other again (shot reverse shot)continuously switching scenes from band and video then when chorus ends all the characters fall out of the screen and land in a new place (basket ball courts of college or anywhere else that is better at the time) they all look at each other in confusion (shot reverse shot at long shot) then the two starting characters pick up guns whilst the card playing characters look at each other (shot reverse shot) and run (long shot of all characters) whilst the main characters have one last shoot out, before the other too acquire guns from unknown places and start shooting at the main characters (shot reverse shot again), main characters turn and shoot back (double shot) all characters are walking towards each other whilst getting shot (shot reverse shot and over the shoulder) before running out of ammunition and looking at each other (shot reverse shot over the shoulder) before a group embrace ending in time with the song (long shot possibly zooming out). Vide footage will be shot in black and white where as band footage will be in colour.

Target audience

The video would be aimed at the teenage age group, maybe those that are entertained by action films hence the fighting etc, gender related target audience would be men and women however men are known more to be entertained by pointless violence so men might be more entertained than women
